Understand agile and SAFe methodologies and how this relates to an agile team Strong analytical skills, especially the ability to evaluate a mix of both quantitative and qualitative data Outstanding organizational skills, especially the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities being executed by multiple teams Ability to discover and define technical requirements and their relationship to provide continuity in all major application solution decisions Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Schedule and facilitate project meetings. Collaborate with team members to develop and execute mitigation plans. Facilitate the completion, approval, and storage of project artifacts (including requirements, designs, and other work you're doing). Ensure compliance with program governance standards. Work closely with internal groups and external vendors to ensure project completion. Perform duties with minimal supervision. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management or related discipline. Knowledge of project management methodology, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling and resource management. Ability to craft, understand, and contribute to Microsoft Project plans. Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among teams. Effective time management skills, able to manage competing priorities and work in a team environment. Technical awareness regarding Mainframe and distributed systems and development platforms. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. PREFERRED: Advanced degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience in project management, financial services and/or banking. Working knowledge of IBM Rational or equivalent (i.e. Jira, Quality Center, etc.). Process improvement mindset. PMP, CSM and/or Lean certification. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business processes, procedures and user needs. Provides data analysis to support, compile and report key information for operations and business objectives. Responsible to drive processes and improvement initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements. Performs and participates in the analysis, design and implementation of business processes and procedures following appropriate standards. Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients. Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience. Produces, publishes and distributes operational reports relating to the development and performance of products and processes. Conducts tests or test planning sessions, provides input for feasibility and prepares user documentation and follow-up evaluation. Acts as a liaison with various departments, management and staff to resolve problems and improve processes and procedures. Performs project management leadership functions as a project manager or team member. Other duties as assigned.
