Business Analyst (P&C)

Description

· Previous experience with P&C Insurance industry, or with insurance industry applications or tools preferred; personal and commercial lines products combined with billing tools experience a plus.

· 3+ years of progressive experience in gathering requirements, testing, and supporting business/technology applications and/or systems preferred.

· Experience in software development lifecycles and methodologies, Agile delivery models, with emphasis on Scrum process framework. 2+ years of Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

· Experience interviewing business sponsors and other stakeholders to gather and document requirements as stories into functional/non-functional specifications to include objectives for initiative, business and functional requirements, design/data models, page/process flows, success metrics, and use cases.

· Experience partnering with multiple small teams with high visibility across products / business capabilities with experience identifying and managing dependencies within and across teams preferred.
