Skills
Minimum 3 or more years of Workday HCM testing experience required. Familiarity with preparing test plans test case scenarios and scripts and test reports/summaries. Effective interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability in problem solving Strong analytical skills and ability to organize data in reports Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills (e.g. Excel PowerPoint Word etc.) Detail-oriented individual who can provide polished deliverables to project teamDescription
Participate in meetings with project teams and SI, acting as quality assurance liaison to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Assist with test planning and test execution.
Act as a testing point of contact for assigned integrations and/or functional area(s) / modules.
Creation of test data as needed.
Unit testing and end-to-end testing of HCM modules.
Update all assigned test cases and log related defects.
Retest and resolve defects as required.
