project plan handle risk issues milestone status facilitate weekly meetings manage monthly budget reviews work with leads - exp in Microsoft Project - exp in Jira - exp in sharepoint (their risk log that they utilize is in sharepoint) - previous J&J exp using PMX (will be uploading PMX tool weekly) - has worked on large projects in the past - med device project but does not need that exp. the skillsets listed above are more important - no interaction with stakeholders but comm skills are important - 10 yrs exp in project mgmt - large project and it's mid stream. current person in the role will help to get the new resource settled into the roleDescription
