Project Manager with SAP

Skills

· At least 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master leading a software development team actively applying Scrum principles practices and theory and knowledge of additional Agile approaches (Scaled Agile Kanban) · Two years experience as a Release Train Engineer in a large scale environment · Experience with successful Agile techniques: User Stories ATDD TDD Continuous Integration Continuous Testing Pairing Automated Testing Agile Games. · Advanced experience with Jira and Jira boards · Prior experience managing custom development projects preferred as well as experience managing large complex projects with multiple work streams leveraging other scrum masters leading combined communications across scrum teams and coordinating deliverables to avoid conflict/collisions with others teams and projects. · Significant experience with SAP development work specifically fixed assets/maintenance- 3 years + · Proven experience managing implementation projects with work efforts shared across multiple 3rd party vendors and/or system integrators · Must have capability to flex across RTE Scrum Master Project Manager and Program Manager roles · Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile (not a hard requirement but should certainly be familiar w/ and have experience)

Description

Specifically looking for a Program Manager/SM who has minimum of 5 years experience managing a large scale SAP Agile project. This is not an SAP enterprise application implementation, but module specific SAP functionality used to manage one of our most critical assets- locomotives.



The main effort for the resource will be to function as a Release Train Engineer (Sr. Program Manager) for our SAP EAM Locomotive Project. This highly visible initiative requires a seasoned PM/SM who can communicate and deliver work on complex, grand scale implementation that spans 10 Scrum Teams and over 50 development resources.
