The vendor will have access to the intake tools and will have as a starting point the problem statement current state future state gap and any appropriate examples. Excellus IT will have a SME available to the vendor team that will be able to answer clarifying questions from the vendor. The vendor would be expected to follow all Excellus IT processes and procedures including participation in all applicable meetings. The vendor would also be expected to provide rapid response to resolving any implementation and migration issues related to the work developed by the vendor. Work will be provided by the Management Team of the Azure DevOps Server Migration ProjectDescription

Ability to collect requirements
Facilitate meetings
Communicate status
Migration Support
Assessment of strategy and timeline for migration of teams into Azure DevOps Server
Implementation training and documented guidance for Azure DevOps Server
Implementation support for Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts, and Azure Pipelines
Migrate 30 teams from existing tools (ALM, Agile Manager, Control-M, CVS, Jenkins and Mercurial) to Azure DevOps Server
Migration of source code from existing tools to Azure DevOps Server using GIT
Creation of pipelines for migrated teams
