Description

* Scrum Master (5 or more years of Agile related experience) who is passionate about agile and has an agile mindset

* Experience running development team scrums and cross functional scrum of scrums to understand and plan round collisions between business priorities and resulting work across the technology portfolio

* Servant Leader - Able to garner respect from his/her team and be willing to get their hands dirty to get the job done

* Communicative and social - Communicate well with multiple Scrum Teams

* Facilitative - Lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team

* Assertive - Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.

* Situationally Aware - First to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management

* Attitude of empowerment - Lead a team to self-organization

* Continual improvement - Continually be growing one's craft learning new tools and techniques to manage oneself and a team
