Description

The position will provide support for apps and technology platforms. Some of the day to day would be troubleshooting technical issues, identifying gaps in the end-to-end process, and developing automated solutions to mitigate issues. The automated solutions would be developing and/or modifying programming language scripts for software application deployments or developing queries to monitor logs and creating dashboards for users to monitor application performance and health. This resource would also be tasked with creating automated alerts to monitor software applications performance and maintaining logs to ensure application availability.

Top 3 skills would be Linux/Windows, Docker/Kubernetes and Distributed application support experience. Personality and enthusiasm go a long way with this manager.
We are currently sourcing for a Service and Support Engineer to work in Fidelity’s Production Services group. The team here is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide application support to Fidelity’s Workplace Investing (WI) business unit.
