DSD Restructure Project
Direct to Store Delivery (DSD) is a form of distribution where the distributor/supplier delivers directly to the retail store, eliminating the retailer's distribution center.
• This is a new project to restructure the DSD organization, which officially separates the sales and marketing groups. This project would include all the data hierarchy changes required to support this new organization.

Responsibilities

• • Lead project after Governance approval through closure to achieve the program’s strategic objectives and benefits.
• • Update Planview for Project Status on a weekly basis
• • Responsible for Project financials, including run rates, in conjunction with the assigned Project Coordinator
• • Manage project vendor on-boarding
• • Coordinate and secure resources across multiple functions or business units
• • Document and update work breakdown structure (tasks, owners, dependencies, estimates- this would be in Agile format in JIRA)
• • Manage project schedule, including release plan to production
• • Schedule and Facilitate meetings across business and technical teams (including vendors and stakeholders)
• • Manage change control process (scope and timeline)
• • Manage risk/issue log
• • Manage decision matrix
• • Coordinate and manage daily scrums including updates in JIRA
• • Communicate project status to vendors and stakeholders
• • Schedule and facilitate lessons learned session for project closure
