Work closely with line of business team in defining requirements for applications. Responsible for regular communication with other developers and business users involved in the development process. Participate as a team member in fully agile development. Design develop implement & test applications using C# & approved tools. Provide supports improvements documents and user training to different user groups (multiple countries).Description
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical related field or relevant experience.
Candidate must have minimum of 5 years' Web development experience using C# & MVC Razor.
At least 2 years' experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle database, EF6 & LINQ is required.
Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX.
Experience with Web services development (SOAP, REST)
Understanding the ins-and-outs of HTTP protocols, developer tools and web application architecture.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented development & software development life cycle.
Knowledge of .Net core 2.2 or later and ASP.NET Identity is required.
Knowledge of source/version control tools such as SVN.
Excellent communication skills; result-driven, innovative, self-starter, proactive.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Linux web hosting environment such as NGINX is a plus.
Experience in desktop development with C# is a plus.
Knowledge of migration from VB6/VB.NET to C# is a big plus.
