1. Good understanding of E2E performance testing. 2. Good experience and knowledge in Load runner and Jmeter. 3. Basics of AWS 4. Able to provide analysis and recommendations using different monitoring tools like New relic appD/ dynatrace or splunk 5. Ability to guide the project teams on PT concepts and strategies. 6. Able to co-ordinate with offshore on need basis 7. Experience in API and client-side performance testing 8. Basic Experience in CI/CD pipeline (preferably Jenkins/Gitlab) and Resiliency Testing 9. Experience working in fast paced agile environments and driving Performance Test Strategy for complex and highly scalable systems 10. Excellent communication skills 11. Experience in creating performance test plans test data SLAs analysis reportsDescription
• Single point of contact for key deliverables from the Performance Engineering team for a critical program
• Need to work in fast paced, agile environments and driving Performance Test Strategy (including defining Scope, Application Landscape analysis, Test Data Generation, Performance Monitoring) for complex and highly scalable systems
• Build Test scripts in Load runner, Jmeter and execute E2E performance testing and publish performance summary report with detailed analysis
• Execute Resiliency chaos scenarios and share the Resiliency score card
• Need to discuss with senior technical and managerial stakeholders to understand requirements and articulate the performance strategy/ test reports
• Proven Analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressured environment
• Need to support in LRE tool setup, performance scripting and shifting performance testing into CI/CD pipeline (preferably Jenkins & Gitlab)
• Need to collaborate with application architects, business and technical SMEs to define and test application performance SLA’s and KPI’s
• Ability to drive Proof of Concepts and make toolset and framework recommendations based on application patterns, such as – Load Runner, Jmeter, New Relic, Google Analytics, AWS etc
