Job Description:
Oracle ERP Technical Integration Specialist – GL, AP, FA, AR, FAH, Procurement
Remote position US based candidates
Mandatory Skills sets and experience (6 years related to ERP)
1. Oracle ERP consultant who has played a solution architect/ lead role in at least two full life cycle. Total experience in Oracle Fusion applications; either in ERP ( GL,AP,FA,AR, Accounting Hub) (6 years). (Not in EBS or People Soft)
2. Oracle Fusion ERP Conversion and Integrations using FBDI, OIC and BI Reports- 4 Years
3. Expert in in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) Services (interfaces, conversions and creating applications using JCS (Java Cloud Services and VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud) – 2 Years
4. Technical skills in the creation of BI Publisher Reports; FRS (financial reporting studio) Reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports- 4 years
5. Expertise with Java WebServices, REST API, SOAP, PL SQL and the use of Oracle ERP Cloud delivered WebServices. Experience with creating custom applications in JCS and integrating with Oracle Fusion Applications – 2 years
6. Functional concepts and understanding of Financial modules. We are not looking at a configuration expert.
7. Ability to understand requirements and efficiently convert it into Functional and Technical document. Ability to communicate the requirements and technical code as needed.
8. Expert with Oracle ERP Cloud Security
Key Functions
• Formulate systems scope and objectives by devising procedures to solve technical problems using information systems.
• Perform complex system technical design work. Provide strategic technical direction.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which programmers write, design, code, test and debug the most complex programs.
• Guide the efforts of subordinates and contract personnel in accomplishing assigned tasks. Manage development team to meet programming deadlines.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills by defining and presenting technical systems solutions for identified technical issues. Demonstrate project management skills by managing large, complex development projects that require large technical modifications. This includes responsibilities for medium to large projects when appropriate.
• Document activities from design to completion to assist future analysts in understanding work solutions.
• Perform technical reviews with Project Leaders (Sr. Programmer Analysts) to maintain consistent technical direction and minimize system impact on projects.
• Direct associate programmers, programmers, and senior programmer analysts on specific projects. As needed, assume the duties of the Product Center Manager.
• Take complex technical ideas and bring them to a high-level to encourage understanding at all levels.
• Deliver a complete solution to ensure thorough understanding of the system (documentation, procedures, training, escalation, error process, etc.).
• Plan and manage a medium size team.
• Recognize a request as being within or out of scope and communicates to all involved.
• Proactively escalates to the next level of management and provides recommendation from available options.
• Engage others with related code/products/etc to work together to understand root cause, ripple effects, and an integrated solution.
• Provide input into capacity plans; able to assist with load tests.
• Write efficient, reusable and stable code for complex application logic.
• Perform complex code reviews.
• Develop strategies and measures results to ensure the satisfaction of customers, project/ESP owners and co-workers.
• Set high standards of performance for others. Hold others to the standards and help them achieve these standards, if necessary.
• Clearly define expected outcome for the initiative and organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or in similar related disciplines or equivalent technical experience in consulting /Implementation area (in technical side)
At least a minimum of five (7) years of programming experience; A minimum of three (3) years of project leadership, systems design/analysis and user management
Must be competent in all aspects of programming and design with minimal direction
Requires functional skills in three major areas or technical functions or has developed an exceptional expertise in one area or technical function
Knowledge of multiple programming languages
Rarely requires guidance, even on most complex systems analysis
Preferred
Any certifications in technical side of skills mentioned above like Oracle fusion applications in ERP area ,OIC, Java
