Provide recommendations on overall governance process
Finalize high level solution and architecture design
High level roadmap for implementing global shared knowledgebase across multiple geo’s with recommended best-practices
including recommendation for migrating existing content and associated metadata
Recommendation of developing a Global Shared Knowledgebase for People2.0
Feasibility study of using Microsoft 365 for developing the knowledge base
