Description
Strong healthcare , Medicaid knowledge with good communication skill and database skill , Facets knowledge is good to have but optional
• Builds synergy with other tracks for better execution
• Collaborates with Project Leads/BDLs for pipeline projection and planning
• Works closely with program management / leadership team for improved customer satisfaction
• Responsible for delivering Value to customer with CSI & Transformation initiatives
• Responsible for managing cost of delivery by using efficiency levers
• Work with business, prioritize the activities
• Work with Cognizant teams and ensure the prioritized requirements are addressed on time
• Compliance/Regulatory initiatives are identified and addressed on time
• Benefit management - Work with customer for the ROI and document the operational/business benefits for each of the initiatives
• Work with third party vendors along with the customer business for quick resolution for glitches/delays
