Thorough professional with 12+ years of IT experience, out of which 7+ years of experience in Business Consulting in BFS focusing on Payments domain.
Diverse experience in working in Fundtech’s GPP (Global Payplus) product .
Experience of working as a Payment Business Analyst at ABN AMRO and Lloyds Transactions Solutions /Global Electronic Banking.
Experience of working as a Techno Functional role and Solution Architect for client HSBC and Lloyds.
Hands on experience in Retail and Corporate Banking .
Proficiency in Requirement Elicitation, Requirement gathering and analysis, preparing functional specification document, functional requirement document, Use case document, design document, testing, Triaging, UAT and production support, Jira Story Creation in Agile which has spanned across domain areas of Payments.
Worked as a Scrum Master that drives the technical team and the product owner in an agile development process.
Review of Test Scenarios based on Business and Functional Requirement.
Proficient in providing Analytical Support to key business Applications /solutions. Ability to understand business context, concept, problem, articulate and position the solution.
