Data Center Project Manager

Description

· 8+ yrs Tech PM experience
· Direct experience leading a Datacenter hardware/infra refresh
· Experience with devices rollouts that involve Cisco, HP, etc. that includes routers, switches, servers, storage, etc.
· Leading Site Surveys
· Leading Design review sessions (Project Engineer will be assigned to assist)
· Management of On-Site installation effort
· Decommissioning of certain products from certain locations
· Strong PM project methodology, timeline, metrics, and reporting, project goals, budget control, milestone management, team engagement and motivation, change and risk control, etc.
· Experience in leading the development, engineering, and deployment of technology solutions is required with a firm understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
· Develops and implements templates and standards for project deliverables and work products.
· Documents meeting minutes and decisions, and tracks and manages project risks and issues.
· Creates and presents status reports and executive dashboards on project progress and issues.
· Monitors project and/or program execution and escalate project issues as necessary.
