SharePoint Site Administrator skills are preferred and resource should be familiar with building Collaboration sites. Provides technical and consultative support on the most complex technical matters. Analyzes designs and develops systems based upon user specifications. Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems. Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support. Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of technical industry trends particularly as they apply to Huntington. May assist with identifying training needs or with training of less experienced staff. May serve as project leader for specific projects.Description
Resource will be tasked with leveraging Huntington's instance of SharePoint Online to build an interactive SharePoint site (for use internal to Huntington) with the following capabilities:
Splash Page / Landing Screen – with mission statement, capabilities, etc.
Interactive navigation (clickable images/icons to drill down to content)
Communication Hub – Need the ability to load updates and push to users on specified frequency
Report access – Ability to link to reports or potentially integrate with our instance of Tableau
Workflow – Potential to build some basic workflows for kicking off various engagement processes
Knowledge Transfer – Assist in documenting various processes and procedures for updates, maintenance, etc.
