Skills
Bachelor’s degree is preferred in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or any IT major. Minimum 6-7 years of experience within the Human Resources and Payroll field- or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 Years of development tools used by Ceridian Dayforce products. Minimum 4 years of Ceridian Dayforce applications (Core HCM Benefits Recruiting Payroll OTL Absentee Mgmt.) technical experience with good functional and business background Oracle HRMS/Taleo/Payroll/OTL systems implementation experience Knowledge of at least one scripting languages used by Ceridian/Dayforce and Oracle Strong written communication skills Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to conduct troubleshooting and apply problem-solving skills to obtain resolutions. Need excellent MS Excel skills for data transformation reconciliation and mapping Ability to work with cross functional teams to help businesses make better decisions Knowledge of automated job control systems to execute data load/extract jobs Ability to create test cases /scenarios/ designs and create test cases for complex modules based on the defined test strategy for the assigned modules Working knowledge or general knowledge of Database SQL Server DB2 Oracle and other relational Databases Good-in SQL and understanding transformations and converting them to SQL queries for data validations Ability to work independentlyDescription
Work with HR and Payroll teams to assist on data extracts, mappings, reconciliation, data conversion from Dayforce to Oracle Cloud, Conversion issues resolution, generating ad-hoc reports, configuration changes and coordination with partner systems, etc.
Collaborate with Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Compensation and HRIS teams to resolve intersystem issues.
Technical and functional support for Dayforce/ERP and System Trainer/Tester activities.
Responsible and accountable for the data extracts, reconciliation and reports assigned for the ongoing implementation.
Performs Data Cleansing and Validation tasks.
Coordinate with AST (Oracle SI), Service Provider (Dayforce) to address any day to day issues, enhancements, reports, data extractions, documentation etc.
Report to Project Zeus PMO and Systems Managers (HR and Payroll) based on the assignment.
Work with DCW Project Management, Systems Managers/Lead, and System Integrator Teams to support the Oracle Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, Succession implementation and conversion activities
Coordinate with HR Management and teams for validating related data provided for conversions
Performs and assists with tasks involving multiple iterations of Data Conversion effort for Oracle (including Duel Entry)
Performs and assists with tasks involving the design, development and testing of integrations with internal and external systems related to HCM implementation
Support UAT/Parallel Payroll Testing and Training phases of the Oracle implementation.
Responsible for the execution of Cutover activities in last phase of implementation
Execute test scripts required to support the SIT and UAT phases of the project
