Qualifications: - 2-3 years of full-time experience in software development including design coding testing production implementation production support performance tuning bug fixing and quality control Mandatory: - Appian: 3-5 year of hands-on experience in design implementation and production support of Appian BPM applications with Appian version 18.x or higher - 1-2 years of experience with coding practices using Python/Java. Through knowledge of OOPS concepts and exception handling. Be able to Read/Write data from/to data files in different formats using Python. - SQL: Hands on experience in writing standard SQL queries. - AWS Services: At least 1 year of experience in dealing with AWS servicesDescription
The ERM IT team has a responsibility of designing, developing and supporting applications/platforms that provide a comprehensive and cohesive approach to how we manage risk across all risk types. The applications also facilitate second line oversight, credible challenge and advisory services for non-financial risks including Third Party risk, Business Resiliency, Technology and Information risk.

This person will also:
- Work with Agile Core team to understand the desired capability, to define and prioritize work, determine artifacts, and manage workloads
- Involve in application development, prototyping, modeling, unit testing
- Actively facilitate issue resolution and issue tracking. Identify mitigation steps and ensures risks and issues are mitigated/resolved in a timely manner.
- Implement internal process improvements: Automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, participate in re-designing application processes for greater scalability, etc.
- Be able to ensure accuracy and completeness in dealing with data, code, and systems analysis
- Support the Development TL and/or PM in managing projects / Agile Sprints
- Perform Unit testing and Integration testing, including test data creation for various test scenarios.
