Build a E2E Data Management execution plan understanding details of the environment strategy and source systems Develop execution plan understand the inter-dependency timing speed availability volume quality granularity of data requirements Partner with internal and external Teams to deliver the E2E data requirements Identify and partner with data owners and various workstreams to ensure holistic setup of E2E master and transactional data Identify align document and ensure compliance with Data requirements for all project activities Review to-be process flows and technical integration documents to understand data requirements across system interfaces Plan and support preparation and delivery of E2E data for all project testing activities Understand master data harmonization needs and ensure data stewards are aligned to implement needed change in Systems of Record As needed build data dictionary and partner with Data Stewards to define on-going data governance processes to sustain operationsDescription
Data Management Strategy - Data Profiling, Data Cleansing, Data Conversion, Data Governance
Data requirements for development and testing in all environments (to ensure efficacy and effectiveness)
Data Readiness planning and delivery
Data Readiness reports prior to entrance of each stage gate (e.g. FIT, BST, UAT, Cut-over, go-live)
Data Validation methodology and execution of data validation testing
Data Quality metrics scorecard and Data Quality Test (DQT) reports
Responsibilities
- Work experience as an E2E Data Lead on a large multi-functional program
- Strong analytical skills
- 10+ years work experience in data management disciplines
- In-depth understanding of database structure and data-modeling
- In-depth understand of data integration requirements
- Experience gathering and analyzing system and data requirements
- Experience working in a Pharmaceutical/Life Science company in the supply chain domain
- Hands-on experience working with WMS and ERP functional Domains
- Hands-on experience working with regulated systems (GxP, SOx compliance)
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A bias for action and relentless problem-solving attitude
- Strong experience leading, supporting and working with global, cross-functional teams (many of whom will be remote)
- Highly creative and collaborative - An ideal candidate would be expected to collaborate with both the business and technology teams to define and deliver the E2E data needs for the program
