Consult with stakeholders to assess, analyze, recommend, and implement business improvements and initiatives using Salesforce.com
Administer and configure Salesforce platform and related services using the -configure first, code second- method
Recommend custom vs out-of-the-box solutions for new features or product enhancements
Coordinate with development team to implement Salesforce projects & enhancements
Help manage and support API integrations with authentication and access best practices
Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing and user acceptance testing of new application functionality
Perform impact analysis on new releases of features/functions, and support their testing and implementation
Identify and execute opportunities for Salesforce application optimization, redesign, or development
Work closely with the Data Team to ensure data integrity and hygiene across all integrated systems
Perform basic Salesforce training for new employees
Use ResMed's IT processes for documentation and approvals
Develop knowledge of how various systems in the landscape integrate with other technologies and processes across the business
Mentor junior team members to encourage growth within the platform and actively assist with ongoing projects
