Experience with Vlocity omni script Vlocity data raptors Vlocity cards Vlocity integration procedures etc. 1+ years with Vlocity Insurance benefits claims power attributes 2+ years of insurance and key business processes (calculation rules quoting claims etc.) 3+ years professional services consulting client experience 5+ years of experience in life Insurance developing solutions Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Experience in the Life insurance vertical. Ability to articulate value proposition associated with the designed solution. Knowledge of insurance Life Insurance industry specific Policy Admin Platforms. Exceptional creative and analytical problem-solving skills. Lead and ensure the successful delivery of our implementation projects by mentoring more junior team members and setting standards and guidelines for the team BA/BS degree or equivalent work experienceDescription
Provide solution design that is in line with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) best practices for use of data raptor, omni script, cards, and integration procedures
Design leveraging a data driven design framework, and leverage force.com or Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) features as appropriate to the overall design
Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements and sizing of projects based on our preconfigured IP (Intellectual Property) and accelerators.
Drive the design of our Insurance Digital Platform accelerators and IP assets to support our market differentiation and delivery excellence.
Map functional requirements to our available solutions for our Insurance industry BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) offering
Participate in pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
Set best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
Serve as an escalation point for the developers on all technical questions or issues
Work with the Project Manager or Project Coordinator on resourcing needs to meet targeted project plans
Manage deployments and version control
Escalate issues or bugs that might impact the project or potential for customer success
