Contribute towards development of the Lead-to-Cash transformation initiative in our Salesforce ecosystem including rollout of Salesforce CPQ Conga CLM and integrations with Billing and Provisioning systems. Analyze business problems and efficiently design then develop software solutions to help solve those needs. Partner with other engineers admins operations and consultants in building stable efficient and scalable systems contributing with requirements analysis solutioning & implementation of the highest quality product. Review the work of engineers comprising of varying experience levels - share valuable feedback on best practices SDLC & design considerations tips & tricks. Work with system specific developers and experts (example: Salesforce Apex Dev) to understand how data is passed into and out of each applicable system. Assist project Architects and Leads with prototyping design and build of Integration Processes which follows industry best practicesDescription
The Lead-to-Cash organization aims to create a "Digital Foundation " of data-driven applications and automated workflows that are disciplined yet flexible enough to support multiple sales channels. The primary responsibilities of this group are to provide best in breed solutions that are scalable and advance with the growing demands of our Sales and Consulting stakeholders.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be joining a team that is part of a growing transformation on top of Salesforce technologies and servicing over 2,500 users.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)
- Experience in Salesforce CPQ Implementation and Data Model
- Ability to create user stories and demonstrate realistic Sales related workflows the focus on great UX
- Familiarity with backend services: REST APIs, Bulk Data Processing, Scheduled Jobs
- An understanding of how API's work and the ability to develop, test and document your own API's
- Experience with multiple data structures such as XML and JSON
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the company
- Attention to detail and strong aptitude towards technical research, analysis and solutioning
Educational Requirements
- Experience with Conga for Salesforce (Contracts, Composer, Redlining, Conga Sign)
- Experience with web application design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON)
- Proficiency with Object-oriented programming via a traditional object-oriented language (Java, C# or C++) and/or scripting (Python, Perl, PHP)
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Exposure in integration via Salesforce MuleSoft
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Salesforce development (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) at enterprise scale
- 2+ years' experience in Salesforce CPQ
- 3+ years' experience in Lightning application development
- BS, B-Eng, B-Tech or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
