You should have 1-4 years of solid experience in software and database development and love collaboration with your teammates Payment industry SaaS experience is ideal Programming languages: Java SQL PL/pgSQL PL/SQL JavaScript Databases: PostgreSQL Oracle o Willingness to learn the system and write efficient SQL queries and statements o Exposure to with large scalable platforms and databases over 20TBs ideal but not required Technologies: multithreading JDBC servlets JSP TCP/IP SOAP REST XML JSON HTML CSS security encryption open source web development web services web protocols Cloud environments: AWS or Azure Operating systems: Linux Windows Work with team members to estimate tasks and commit to timelines Experience with Trunk-based Development methodologies is ideal but not required. Description

Develop software, write Java and SQL code, build releases and updates, with high standards of quality, scalability, performance, maintainability, security and compliance with PCI and SOX requirements

Design new database structures and code, optimized for high performance and volume FinTech platform

Deliver server side software features using latest long term support Java version 11 and greater

Collaborate with our embedded firmware team integrating card reader hardware and telemeters with server platform, as well as Product Management, QA, Net Ops and other team members

Develop Jenkinsfile Groovy scripts to automate the CI/CD pipeline for builds, deployments and auto tests

Iterate and commit code changes to Bitbucket frequently as a member of high performing Agile team using Trunk-based Development

Follow PCI compliance standards and best practices to ensure safe and secure software products

Develop unit and integration test coverage, measured in Clover, before it is released to QA for testing, along with troubleshooting product issues
