As a Sr. Application Software Engineer (MS Power Platform) you will: • Standing up the Cloud Environments • Implementing the Dynamics Software • Configuring & Customizing the software to meet the business requirements • Integrating with many backend data sources and systems • Responsible for assuring/satisfying both technical and consumer needs of each project. • Design build test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers. • Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements • Meet with business partners to understand business needs • Responsible for overall design of the solution • Design build and test applications • Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionalityDescription

The Sr. Application Software (MS Power Platform) will have the exciting opportunity to help design, develop, and configure the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a multiyear strategic, transformational project.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Developer who will be responsible for implementing and supporting CRM applications for clients of ours. Successful candidates must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with a passion for understanding their clients' business and implementing technical requirements in a way that fulfills that need. Outstanding listening skills, genuine interest in fostering teamwork, a willingness to provide honest feedback, and extreme ownership are keys to the success of our projects.
- • Must have 5+ years of experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform: (Power BI; Power Apps; Power Automate; and Power Virtual Agents
- • At least 5 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementations.
- • Strong software development skills in the Microsoft
- • Motivated to contributing and embracing new technologies.
- • Excellent problem-solving skills.
- • Ability to work in a team, collaborative environment.
- • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development team, and other team members.
- • Strong written and oral communication skills.
