Manages and takes ownership of the program deliverables, timeline, and budget; ensures that
individual project objectives are achieved on-time and under budget with a high degree of
quality. (20%)
Creates, updates, and monitors detailed project plans with the appropriate level of tracking,
oversight, and communication to ensure program deliverables are met. Develops and utilizes
top-tier program management processes and documentation to oversee initiatives (20%)
Broad scoping management/leadership – Dotted line management of up to 10+ project leaders
and team members across many different functions. Direct responsibility over several
contractors and vendor partnerships. Direct reporting responsibility of 1-3+ direct reports
(varies over life of program) whose primary role is to support all aspects of the program
including analysis, process design, and solution development. (20%)
Supports change management through collaboration across departments to ensure the proper
amount of cross-functional coordination, knowledge sharing, and communication to all
stakeholders impacted by program changes. (10%)
Performs first-level issue resolution, removing barriers and makes appropriate trade-off
decisions to ensure that the highest priority program objectives are met. Escalates challenges
and decisions as appropriate with a strong ability to provide no fear feedback and candid,
transparent information about the status of key deliverables. (20%)
Presentations to all levels of the organization (including Senior Leadership Team) to
communicate program status, articulate risks/needs, and outline future plans. (5%)
Maintains knowledge of best practices in supply chain, inventory management, and relevant
systems/tools to ensure the proper application to program initiatives. (5%)
