Experience designing developing implementing and maintaining a database and programs to manage data analysis efforts. Experience in normalizing data to ensure it is homogeneous and consistently formatted to enable sorting query and analysis. Experience building self-serve analytics tools for business. Have a strong ability to independently and proactively initiate projects hypothesize data & business transaction flows and offer technical solutions. Display an understanding of Data Warehousing Working knowledge of statistical analysis data mining and predictive modeling tools and techniques a plus. Required Experience 5+ years related work experience. Experience Details: relevant work experience in Analytics technology or healthcare Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience BS/BA degree in a STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) 3 years of experience leading complex technical data warehousing analytical or application development projects Proficient in the use of Teradata SQL SAS Data Visualization (e.g. Tableau Cognos Webfocus or other) MS Access MS Excel Visual Basic and or .NET Working knowledge of 'Big Data' concepts and Hadoop/Hive No SQL dbs Python and/or R tools preferred. Working knowledge of application development and/or web development a plus. Strong business analytical skills a must; ability to apply business logic to design and implement data profiling & exploring techniques on large data sets. Projects with evidence of creative and critical thinking a must. Understanding of Data Warehousing is a must. Ability to write clear concise reports and presentations with an ability to orally communicate effectively; organizational and documentation skills a must. An understanding of risk management methodology and factors. Consolidates issues for management level review; develops clear written recommendations which require minimal editing; presents recommendations and resolves issues with management. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team in a fast changing environment with changing priorities and changing time constraints. Ability to interpret business requests as well as communicate findings in a user-friendly manner. Passion for growth and learning new techniques with vigor and enthusiasm. Strong individual contributor with top notch team collaboration skills. Take part in training courses to increase skill set and technical capabilities in order to better serve the needs of the Informatics team.

Description

Leading cross-functional teams in proof of concepts and/or technical projects.
Designing and building models and prototypes of proposed products for feasibility, usability and marketability analyses.
Evaluating design of competitive products in the marketplace to seek and identify beneficial enhancements to own products.
Identifying and designing equipment and processes required for production and distribution.
