• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Actimize IFM module
• Good understanding of AIS, IFM, ActOne features
• Understanding of data, services, process in IFM
• Analysis and Troubleshooting of issues – data issues, service issues, user queries
• Performing regular checks in Actimize IFM Solution
• Execution DR process, Release management, Deployments, Incident management, problem prevention, RCA
