· Serve as a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP and other products (CJA Target AJO) · Architect and design Adobe target technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing defined by the buyer s journey • Provide deep domain expertise in technology stack and data infrastructure with a broad knowledge base in digital marketing. Strategize architect and document a scalable RTCDP implementation tailored to client business needs · Translate business requirements into technical specifications · Lead technical delivery; provide guidance to Data Engineers · Provide deep domain expertise in client business technology stack and data infrastructure applying a broad knowledge base in digital marketing · Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies. · Support the implementation of proper data governance · Strategize architect and create approaches for scalable CDP implementation tailored to client business needs;

Description

You will be responsible for helping to deliver and improve the end customer experience across client's digital channels, leveraging Adobe Platform as domain expertise in client business, technology stack, and data infrastructure, applying a broad knowledge base in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Professionals with implementation experience in Adobe experience platform and related capabilities at large financial institution.
• Complete understanding and implementation knowledge of following –
• (RT- CDP) Real Time Customer Data Platform
• Schemas, data sets and sources – Integration with batch and real time sources for data ingestion
• Data governance
• Identity services and graphs
• Merge policies
• Audience management , access labels
• (AJO) Adobe Journey Optimizer and its capabilities
• Configure campaigns/ journeys
• Configure messages and various channels in AJO – email, sms etc.
• Decision management , content management , custom actions , reporting
• Segmentation, Journey Optimizer, and other REST APIs exposed by platform
• Experience with Customer Journey Analytics
• Understanding of Shell scripting / SQL / BigQuery / BigTable / Kafka
• Troubleshooting & performance optimization
• Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions
• Deals well with ambiguous/under-defined problems; Ability to think abstractly.
