Strong planning skills with experience in Microsoft Project & Smartsheet. We use KeyedIn projects for Portfolio Management in which we will train. Experience and knowledge of business processes and applications regarding AEB is a plus for these positions.
Description

Position Overview: AEB is a leading provider of comprehensive global trade and logistics software solutions, dedicated to optimizing supply chain operations and streamlining international trade processes. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Trade and Logistics Software Implementation Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of our software solutions across diverse industries and global markets.

As the Global Trade and Logistics Software Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of software implementation projects for global trade and logistics solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of software developers, logistics experts, compliance professionals, and quality assurance specialists to ensure seamless integration of our software within complex supply chain networks.

Responsibilities
  • - Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders. Formulate a clear strategy to efficiently achieve project objectives across various global trade and logistics contexts.
  • - Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met within defined timelines and budget. Collaborate with team members and department heads to optimize resource allocation.
  • - Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions during project implementation.
  • - Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams of software developers, logistics experts, compliance specialists, and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and open communication.
  • - Implementation Oversight: Ensure successful implementation of global trade and logistics software solutions, encompassing requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment phases.
  • - Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project implementation progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Prepare comprehensive project reports outlining achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
  • - Quality Assurance: Ensure software solutions meet established quality standards, adhere to industry regulations, and undergo rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • - Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, logistics partners, regulatory bodies, and industry associations. Address concerns and collaborate to ensure successful project outcomes.
