AEM Developer

Description

· Solid understanding of Web Page Development Process

· Ability to work in a cross-team environment

· Experience with one or more of the following: React, Angular, Vue, or something similar

· Strong Experience with HTML and CSS.

· Basic JavaScript skills

· Familiar with Less and Sass

· Understanding of responsive design and touch interface interaction techniques and be in sync with recent design standards and trends

· Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries. A solid portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great user centered design solutions across multiple interfaces and screen sizes.

· Create user centered designs for software projects by considering customer feedback

· Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of new web and device software applications

· Create and evaluate interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience

· Breakdown complex requirements and concepts into well thought visual designs and workflows

· Ability to work collaboratively with developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are successfully created and implemented to achieve the user goals

· Experience creating UI specs & wireframes. Flexibility and willingness to move from idea, to whiteboard, to execution quickly and provide choices to stakeholders.

· Configuration management tools Git or similar

· Basic understanding of JavaScript framework experience (React, Angular, Vue)

· 5+ years of hand-on design and development experience in AEM Sites, Pages, Templates, Components, Content Fragments, HTL (Sightly), dialogs, Object Models, Workflows etc

· Experience in Digital Asset Management using AEM

· Experience in integrating enterprise services with AEM solutions

· Experience in establishing best practices of content development and publishing using AEM

· Experience in responsive design and development

· Experience in other Adobe products is highly desirable

· Able to leverage DEVOPS, and Agile practices, to design, develop, and deliver resilient, secure, multi-channel, high-volume, high-transaction solutions.

· Excellent knowledge of Marketing Management across multiple Channels (Email, Mail, SMS, PUSH etc)

· Excellent knowledge on building different type of Campaigns (Real Time, Batch and Trigger)

· Working experience designing Components for Campaign Development
