Support the expansion of customized and personalized digital experiences, increasing testing execution capacity as part of Actionable Profiles acceleration.
Execute digital product configurations for journey-based product experiences, ensuring alignment with audience needs, business goals, and ALSAC's digital content strategy and UX best practices.
Collaborate with agile product teams, including UX design and UI specialists, to create, test, and publish web content, UX writing, and product support content.
Responsibilities
- Writes, tests, and publishes product configurations to align with audience journeys and campaign goals.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end audience-focused strategies and optimize products.
- Analyzes product performance to identify opportunities for testing, learning, and iteration.
- Customizes products using a CMS while contributing to content patterns.
- Understands and tracks product components to ensure quick, consistent, and maintainable configurations.
- Collaborates with the User Experience community to provide feedback and promote diverse thinking in content and design.
