Description
Facilitate Scrum events and support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.
Monitor team progress and manage development artifacts.
Lead retrospectives, capture sprint metrics, and coordinate with other Scrum teams.
Analyze financial budgets for projects and support continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Certified Scrum Master (SAFe Certified).
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (XP, Kanban, SAFe, TDD/BDD).
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
