Duties: Agile Product Management serves as the internal voice of the customer. Defines system features and participates in validation. Responsible for the scope of work that the Agile Release Train (ART) will complete, and the vision and roadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART). Must be aware of other work being completed within the Portfolio so that they can help teams proactively manage risks and dependencies. The incumbent provides counsel and advice to top management on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive design concepts partnering with the design team based on business specifications
- Lead establishment of team objectives and key results (OKRs) based on input from Corporate OKRs, Product Management, other POs, and service team members
- Manage the product backlog and drives priority through risk, value, learning opportunities
- and dependencies
- Has experience with benefit management or similar subject area
- Experience managing the execution of multi-channel web projects from inception through completion to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, error free and meet internal and external stakeholder needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information
- Agile/SCRUM experience specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and guide outcomes
- Use applications like JIRA, Confluence, and/or others.
- 6+ years of digital product and/or business website ownership or related experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
