Description

Seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Systems Engineer to join the
innovative Wireless Services team. This role is essential for the development,
maintenance, and management of Android applications, overseeing application
development, managing complex systems, optimizing private wireless networks,
ensuring seamless systems integration, and mentoring junior engineers. A
successful candidate will bring strong leadership to drive innovations, streamline
processes, and enhance efficiency. Expertise in both technical areas and team
leadership is crucial, along with a strong understanding of manufacturing

Responsibilities
  • . Android and General Application Development/Management
  • Lead the end-to-end development and management of high-quality Android and
  • general applications.
  • Utilize expertise in Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, and other pertinent object oriented
  • programming languages for both Android and general app development.
  • Implement modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, and
  • Clean Architecture.
  • Integrate third party libraries, APIs, and application effectively.
  • Conduct thorough testing using Unit Tests, UT Tests, and automated testing
  • frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers,
  • and engineers.
  • Manage and maintain overall system infrastructure for stability, security, and
  • efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with design guidelines and maintain backwards compatibility.
  • Optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Preform regular systems monitoring, optimization, and maintenance.
  • ii. Private Wireless Network Management and Optimization
  • Manage and optimize private wireless network architectures.
  • Ensure robust security and optimal performance of wireless communication
  • systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.
  • Continuously assess and improve network performance and reliability.
  • iii. System Integration & Project Management
  • Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new systems with existing
  • architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, ensuing minimal
  • disruption.
  • Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Implement best practices in software development and systems management.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and device project scope and requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate updates
  • effectively.
