Critical thinking analysis problem-solving communication and experience to synthesize the data from various sources while ensuring the conclusions drawn meet program product goals. Expertise in business process and system analysis design improvement and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements. Manage and attend team meetings project planning user story refinement documentation management and communicate proposed solutions to stakeholders based on the analysis. A skilled change management scope control expert with ability to keep the Sprint and Release items on track and ensure the program users are well informed and trained. Expertise in but not limited to Configuration Management Strategic Planning Knowledge Management Business Analysis and Technical Analysis. Bachelor’s degree in computer science with at least 7 years of experience in Information Systems Business or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Agile Certified Practitioner and Certification in Managing Jira Projects Appian Certified Analyst Certification.Description
Lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect, and deliver. Evaluate user requests for business process automation using Appian BPM models to determine feasibility and technical requirements. Participate in team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and other development meetings.
