Description

As a Senior Archer Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will lead the development team, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and architect robust solutions to meet the organization's risk management and compliance needs. Your expertise will drive the effective utilization of the Archer platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2. 6 to 10 years of proven experience working with the RSA Archer GRC platform, with a demonstrable track record of successful implementations and complex solution design.
• 3. Expert-level understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles, with hands-on experience in translating business requirements into Archer solutions.
• 4. Proficiency in Archer platform administration, configuration, and development, including advanced customization and scripting capabilities.
• 5. Extensive experience with Archer Data Feed Manager, Archer RESTful API, and Archer Control Panel.
• 6. Strong command of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML, with the ability to develop custom front-end solutions within the Archer platform.
• 7. In-depth knowledge of SQL and database concepts for complex data manipulation, reporting, and integration tasks.
• 8. Experience with Snowflake and Python integration is a plus, demonstrating the ability to integrate Archer with modern data platforms and utilize Python for advanced data processing and analysis.
• 9. Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable, enabling the creation of interactive dashboards and visualizations to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• 10. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
