Automation Tester

Description

- Hands on banking/Finance domain experience
- Looking for someone with 12+ years of automation experience using Core Java.
- Tools: Cucumber and TestNG (ideally), Splunk (required)
- Performance testing exp
- messaging queue exp
- RabbitMQ (preferred)

Responsibilities

• • Be a hands-on advocate and leader for Test Automation, drive continuous integration and deployment strategies with a DevOps philosophy.
• • Develop methods and procedures to create automation test data and data refresh capabilities.
• • Should lead your fellow engineers in writing effective tests and constantly challenge yourself to improve overall test coverage.
• • Know how to test Web Services (SOAP & REST) with Manual & Automation knowledge of parsing JSON and XML. Automation Skills with Cucumber BDD & TestNG
• • Experience with CI/CD integration using various tools like Harness/Bamboo.
• • Should have phenomenal organizational skills and are confident in your ability to deliver test metric visibility to stakeholders.
• • Experience in an Agile environment in the past. Iterative test development and working as part of a distributed engineering team present an exciting opportunity.
• • Experience in developing automation frameworks using Java or any other programming languages.
• • Experience in writing SQL statements and non-SQL.
• • Experience in QA Methodologies. Writing test cases for the projects based on requirement specifications, defect logging and test data management.
• • Experience in Performance Testing with Jmeter. Load Test knowledge to capture the performance metrics of various API services.
• • Able to query the Splunk and write Splunk queries.
• • Able to test the informatica workflows.
