The Azure AI Platform team at Microsoft is looking for a Infrastructure Engineer/Developer for Azure OpenAI Model Serving Team. This critical role is key to the efficiency, quality and availability of the platform that serves state of the art models from OpenAI on top Azure Machine Learning for both internal engineering teams and external customers. You will be working with global engineering team to make sure the availability of GPU, scaling up GPU pools, working on automations for deploying ML models using Azure tech stacks.
Responsibilities
- • 5+ years experience in C# (required). Python(nice to have)
- • Experience in Software Engineering/Development with proven experience coding in languages including C#, Python and Azure cloud platform;
- • Specifically, prior experience working on C#; Azure Machine Learning platform and related Azure frameworks; Geneva Actions; cloud scale monitoring and analysis with Geneva Monitors/Metrics, Kusto, PowerBI or similar; Azure DevOps pipelines/workflows/EV2 releases/etc.; and PowerShell or other scripting technologies (Python, etc.).
- • Solid debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills with good knowledge of data structures; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work cross-team and collaborate well with others.
