Azure Scrum Master

Description

• Exposure to AWS & Azure Cloud Platforms
• Coordinating with other Enterprise IT system Stakeholders, BUIT, and tech Leads to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and coordinate project management support.
• Coordinate with IT teams to gather and hand off documented requirements to the development team for quote, engage on the quote for the work – clarify requirements translations as needed, engage in weekly meetings with onsite or offshore IT team members to ensure the project is on track, verify questions during development and coordinate for UAT sessions
• Prepare the business for changes associated with system and process improvements.
• Review of Unit Test Cases, Deployment Guide, and Application Interface/Handbook.
• JIRA Board Ownership & Acceptance criteria definition
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
