Description
4-6 Years of QA experience in Big Data Ecosystem -Hortonworks (HiveQL, HDFS), Sqoop, Spark
Strong in SQL and work experience in Azure, DataStage, Teradata, DB2, SQL Server
Knowledge in Scala/Shell Scripting/Unix
Azure experience is a plus
Strong skills in various data validation methodologies between source and target of various complex unstructured file formats like JSON, XML
Strong experience in test management tools and other tools like Teradata SQL Assistant, Control M Scheduler, XMLSPY, Winscp, Putty, Notepad++, Ultraedit etc
SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum
Experienced in Onsite/Offshore model
Individual Contributor, flexible to work in multiple projects and works independently
Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, written and communication skills.
