Detailed Job Description Determines operational objectives by studying business functions gathering information evaluating output requirements and formats. Designs new business workflows by analyzing requirements constructing workflow charts and diagrams constructing swim lane diagrams constructing use case diagrams studying system capabilities writing specifications. Analyze existing or new file mapping and work with internal & external vendor teams. Designs mockup screens and work with business stakeholders & Enterprise architects to get signoff work collaboratively with cross functional teams to refine requirements work with development team and tailors requirements accordingly. Create user stories Maintains backlogs Participate in sprint grooming sessions Participate in daily standup meetings. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
