Working with the business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes Involvement in the design or modification of business and or IT systems Interaction with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs Gathering documents and analyzing business needs and requirements Solving business problems and as needed involvement in the design of technical solutions Documentation of functional and sometimes technical design of the system or systems Interaction with system architects and developers to ensure the system is properly implemented Assisting with testing the systems and create system documentation and user manualsDescription
The Business Analyst will bring the business needs together with IT resources. The business analysts will be a clear communicator, efficient facilitator, detailed analyzers and team player.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering or related Business/Technical field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in information technology / business applications with minimum of 1-3 years related experience in the pharmaceutical or fine chemical industry.
- Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively; embrace diversity; influence stakeholders and build business partnerships to deliver results.
