Support of Commercialization Program (DOC)
DOC- Digitation of Commercialization
Some PM knowledge
Work with Business folks and offshore development team
Define Requirements for defects /enhancements
Write specifications
“what's possible”
Change process
Write test plans/scripts
Develop dashboard
Understanding of analytics
Taking products from R+D to products on the shelf
Understanding of Enterprise clients-multiple divisions- prior experience in a LARGE company
