A Senior SA with a methodical investigative inquisitive mind and attention to detail good interpersonal and client handling skills. Ability to manage expectations and explain technical details. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be comfortable presenting to all levels of management. Strong ability to analyze current business processes/systems understand future business vision and requirements identify gaps/issues/enhancements that can be addressed/implemented in the future state and help define business and functional end states. Able to create system context use case workflow conceptual data model diagrams describing the future state requirements. Document functional specifications / requirements and work with technology teams on detailed architecture and design.

Description

Role will report into the manager of the IT Applications and work closely with both IT and Business to ensure that the requirements, design, and development of businesses solutions are delivered in a quality and timely fashion.

The technology environment consists primarily of home-grown applications leveraging Java, Microsoft, Middleware and Cloud technologies. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for understanding business problems and developing creative solutions on business-critical systems.

This position requires an individual with strong business analysis, leadership, and communication skills. This role will work on a wide variety of systems initiatives that include existing as well as new systems development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the application portfolio.
• Serve as primary liaison between the customer and technical resources.
• Develop/maintain comprehensive end-to-end understanding of solution design.
• Own all aspects of requirement documentation including requirements gathering, standards alignment, and developing strategies to improve these processes.
• Document, create and execute test strategy and conditions.
• Enforce adherence to the software development lifecycle and security policies.
• Provide support to consulting and technical teams in different processes including design, testing and deployment and assist different teams on unit level and organizational initiatives.
