Work to define business needs while understanding our Engineering team's technical constraints to elicit high-level requirements and draft tickets within Jira for our teams. Refine user stories and requirements to fulfill business requirements. Develop requirements and specifications for backlog which may encompass bugs and tech debt in response to initiatives and projects. Develops and maintains development methodology (templates processes and deliverables) and ensures all team members understand their responsibilities in this process. Drive clarity into technical implementation by driving design discussion with the team. Support the Technical Product Owner in leading and facilitating Agile team ceremonies/rituals such as such as Daily standups Refinement Sprint planning meetings and managing/validating releases. Build a trusted relationship with several team Product Owners our development teams internal KFC stakeholders and external business partners. Work collaboratively within a remote team to provide direct and timely support to team members.

Description

Our dynamic eCommerce team is rapidly growing as we optimize our digital ordering channels and technology innovations to create competitive advantages for KFC. To work quickly and efficiently, we are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Technical Product Owner with insightful analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, procedural/training materials, and support of our roadmap.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years’ experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Effectively communicate risks and progress to the Product Owners & other Stakeholders
• Experience with working on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Agile team dynamics, ability to support team with Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis, Story Definition, and Story Refinement
• Documentation and diagraming skills,
• Passion about technology and comfortable solving and reframing business problems using a design and consulting mindset.
• Ability to be detail oriented, possess strong listening, verbal/written communication skills, and able to collaborate well with others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks such as design exploration, building workflows for new use cases, and creating presentations,
• Proven track record using analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Jira, Confluence, Slack experience
