Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and five (5) years' professional experience; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Working experience and/or credentials in Enterprise software systems such as Human Capital Management Systems Enterprise Financials CRM/Customer Experience and Geographic Information Systems is preferred.Description
evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions. Works on resolving application issues reported by users. Creates user guides and documentation for users when necessary.
Performs a variety of professional, and analytical functions and creates dashboards and reports.
Performs data backups and disaster recovery operations. Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Documents internal
processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
Creates test scripts and performs functional testing. Maintains and implements standard operating procedures.
