- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role, preferably in the railway industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools in the industry.
