We 100% need people with Accident & Health experience –Accident and health (A&H) insurance is a type of insurance that covers medical expenses, accidental death, and permanent or temporary disability. It can help individuals and organizations manage healthcare costs, which have been rising in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Need a BA with in depth experience with insurance, specifically Accident & Health (A&H), and experience with Underwriting process and supporting technology.
- At least 5-10 years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience with Agile and traditional Waterfall SDLC delivery methods
- Experience with the Underwriting process and supporting technology (Policy Admin Systems, forms generation, integrations to downstream systems)
- A clear understanding of insurance and insurance related terms, specifically Accident & Health line of business
- Hands-on experience facilitating requirements sessions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to be succinct and crisp when delivering a message or responding to an inquiry.
