Description
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proficiency in Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools, ideally GoAnywhere.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Healthcare industry experience is a MUST.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ideally) or Jira.
Strong communication skills, ability to take ownership, and make decisions.
Responsibilities
- Work with the File Delivery Team to set up file transfers (internal and external).
- Support migration to GoAnywhere MFT (30-40% complete).
- Ensure tracking and updates in ServiceNow.
